Universitaly pre-enrolment
Mandatory for every non-EU student who needs a study visa. We open the account, choose the course correctly, submit the application and follow it until the university validates it.
We prepare every document you need — Universitaly pre-enrolment, sworn translations, legalisation, the student visa file and your final enrolment — so your application is never rejected over a missing paper.
We speak Arabic, Italian and English — you deal with one person, start to finish.
Italian universities and the Embassy reject files for small, avoidable mistakes. We handle the paperwork end to end so that does not happen to you.
Mandatory for every non-EU student who needs a study visa. We open the account, choose the course correctly, submit the application and follow it until the university validates it.
Your diploma, transcripts and civil documents translated from Arabic or French into Italian, in the sworn form the university and the Embassy accept.
We get your Lebanese qualification recognised — legalisation of the originals, and either the Declaration of Value or a CIMEA comparability statement, depending on what your university asks for.
The complete type-D visa dossier for the Italian Embassy in Beirut: proof of financial means, accommodation, health insurance, and a checked application form — plus help booking the appointment.
Guidance on IMAT, TOLC and the architecture test, and on the Italian or English certificate your course requires — which one, when to sit it, and how to register.
Residence permit within the first days, codice fiscale, final enrolment at the university, and applying for a regional DSU scholarship with the ISEE parificato where you qualify.
From the first conversation to your first day on campus.
Send us your diploma and tell us what you want to study. We tell you honestly what is possible.
We shortlist courses that fit your grades, your language and your budget, public and private.
Translations, legalisation, CIMEA, and every form filled in correctly the first time.
Universitaly submitted, Embassy appointment booked, your dossier checked before you walk in.
Residence permit, codice fiscale, enrolment — we stay with you after you land.
The paperwork is not difficult once you know exactly what each office wants. The problem is that nobody tells you.
Explain your situation in Arabic. We deal with the Italian offices in Italian. Nothing is lost in between.
Pre-enrolment windows, exam registrations and scholarship dates change every year. We track yours and tell you before, not after.
Every document is reviewed against what that specific university and the Embassy actually require — not a generic list from the internet.
You are not passed between offices. The same person who takes your first message is the one who follows your file until you are enrolled.
Not necessarily. Many Italian universities run full degrees in English, and for those you need an English certificate such as IELTS or TOEFL. If you choose a course taught in Italian you will normally need a B2 certificate. We tell you which applies to the course you want before you commit to anything.
In most cases yes — Italy requires twelve years of schooling, which the Lebanese Baccalaureate provides. What matters is how your diploma is legalised and translated, and whether your course requires an entrance exam. Send us a copy and we will tell you exactly where you stand.
No, and be careful with anyone who says they can. The visa is decided only by the Italian Embassy, and admission only by the university. What we guarantee is that your file arrives complete, correctly translated, correctly legalised and on time — which is the part that is actually in your control.
Earlier than most people think. Legalisation and translation of documents take weeks, pre-enrolment opens months before the academic year, and Embassy appointments fill up. Ideally you contact us six to nine months before you want to travel — but talk to us anyway, because some routes are still possible later.
It depends on the service you need — a full file from first consultation to enrolment costs differently from translations alone. The first conversation is free and you get a clear, fixed quote before any work starts. Government fees, translation fees and university fees are separate and we show them to you openly.
Yes. Most Italian regions offer DSU scholarships that can cover fees, a monthly grant and student housing, and many Lebanese students qualify. The application needs an ISEE parificato prepared from your family's income documents. We prepare that file with you, and we point you towards student accommodation options in your city.
Send your diploma and the course you have in mind. The first conversation costs nothing, and you will get a straight answer about what is realistic.
We usually reply the same day.
